Dylan contacted us when we were not looking for players. Just because a 15 year old boy took the effort to messaging me asking if there is any opportunities, we wanted to see him although he never played for any boys club. It turned out he was far better than some players playing for some boys club. He wa not ready for club level football but with his desire to be in the team he quickly transformed himself as a key player to the team. He always asks the coaches which area he needs to improve and has been improving every week.
